Sharon Christianson attended twelve years of school in the West Fargo school system graduating with honors in 1958 where she was editor of the Packer newspaper, class officer and cheerleader. She worked for 31 years as an administrative assistant in the principal’s office which gave her the opportunity to get to know students’ names, the grade they were enrolled in, plus the correct spelling of their name. Sharon says it is humbling to her when some of these students still recognize her after being retired for sixteen years. 

Sharon and her husband Larry (also class of 1958) have been married for 54 years. They have two sons, three grandchildren and one great grandchild. 

Sharon stated, “I was born and raised in West Fargo and there is no other community I would rather live in than here.”
