Mr. Lubben earned a BS Business Management Degree at Moorhead State University, served six years in the U.S. Air Force and worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield in Fargo for 33 years, retiring as an AVP. He and his wife, Sheila, have been West Fargo residents since 1979 and had four children graduate from WFHS. He began filming WFHS sporting events in 1983 and broadcasting them on the public access channel, over 1,600 games in 31 years. He spent countless hours preparing Packer highlight videos for sports banquets. He has also served the community in many leadership capacities including the West Fargo Exchange Club, and the West Fest Celebration, receiving numerous awards including the Civic Excellence Award.
