Marvin Leidal

In 1960 Mr. Leidal earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from North Dakota State University. In 1965 he earned his Master’s degree in Educational Administration from NDSU. He taught mathematics at West Fargo High School beginning in 1960 and became a part-time assistant principal in 1965. He was named principal in 1968 and served in that role until 1979 when he was named superintendent for West Fargo Public Schools. He continued in that position until 1999 when he retired. He served on the board of directors for the ND High School Activities Association from 1992 until 1998. He was named the ND Superintendent of the Year in 1998-1999.
